Dinner in His Hands

I actually took this photo for work to illustrate how big this tomato was in my sweetie's hands, and it ended up being my favorite photo of the day. This is a fresh tomato grown at a local farm that employs people with disabilities. It's a cool place and their produce is fabulous. I made a fresh tomato pasta sauce for dinner and for my recipe column next week. Good stuff!
