My daughter, Melissa, and I explored a marsh in Eastham today. I loved the prairie look of the marsh grass and reflections in this photo.
I'd like to dedicate this photo to Yousef (@yoshi) because I love his landscapes and I know he is not afraid to get his feet wet or even ruin a pair of shoes for a great marsh shot. Right there with him...
This is so pretty! The reflection of the grass is so sharp, and the blue water is gorgeous! And you were with your daughter which makes it even more special. :-)
Hands down a fav! I love the marshes in the fall! The colors are so vibrant and rich, and now it reminds me of late season sailing. There was no better time to take a run out to the cut by Coast Guard Beach (not out it, mind you!) than mid-late October, when the colors were already turned to what you captured here.
Great landscape. Love the reflection. Other than the weather, it looks like the marshes around here. We call ourselves "The Low Country". I think you said what this site should be all about which is learning from others. BTW, I think there is going to be an ND+4 filter under the tree from Santa to me this year :-)
