When I saw the theme was pastels this week, I wished I still had a little girl who I could dress in a frilly pink dress to take a photo. My three little girls are all grown up and my granddaughter is on the other coast, so these little blooms will have to do. Their petals reminded me of skirts.
Laurie, you get right out there and buy a frilly pink dress , with a hat to match. Then have hubby take you to a nice brunch and enjoy the day. what a very pretty shot

@sarasdadandmom Terry, you are a genius. Your suggestion made me laugh and it made me think. My youngest daughter is 19 and picking out clothes for me is her latest hobby. I was pretty sad that she has to work from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. on Easter, but maybe we could go shopping for a pretty pink dress on Saturday. Thank you so much for your suggestion. It reminded me to look towards the future rather than miss the past.
