Sea Snow Kind of Morning

It was another cold and gray day, with sea snow drifting down. I went to the beach this morning, but all the photos I took were dark and dismal, so I chose this flicker instead. My husband filled the bird feeders this morning and by early afternoon they were half empty. We actually sat and just watched the birds for a ridiculously long time today. The snow has made our feeders pretty popular. High winds are affecting our internet and cable tonight, so I'm going to have to wait until tomorrow to comment. It took me two hours just to get this photo uploaded. Guess I'll go read a book...
