green insect on blue morning glory flower

I spotted this scene whilst sitting outside on a break whilst working at the boat ramp this morning, I hurried to the car to get my camera and hoped he'd not move away before I could get a shot or two

That's a peculiar looking leaf-hopper (?). He's like a paper plane at the front. Must go faassssst! Bewdiful pic too, Meegs :)

yes I thought it had an odd shaped head too - paper plane is a good description, or perhaps concord?
