I decided to feature that ever present lightpole outside my balcony when some Nankeen Kestrel with a grasshopper in its clutches decided to jump into the shot

My long hours at work and lack of sleep continue and I start work at 0330 (6 hrs away), having work 0500-2000 today so please forgive my lack of comments - I will catch up once I have caught up on sleep

This would be a great photograph if it wasn't for that pesky Kestrel photobomber. You'd think they'd have the common courtesy to wait until you lower the lens before flying through the shot. Pfft.
