First visit to the zoo since my holiday. Wanted to take my Tamron 70-300 but last time I used it the autofocus was playing up so I tested the lens before leaving and again it just "hunted" without focusing on both my bodies. So on my way to the zoo I took it to the camera store to get it repaired, they are going to send it to Tamron. Luckily I registered the lens so I've got 5 years warranty. Hope they are able to fix whatever is wrong with it. This shot was taken with my other Tammy the 150-600
Wonderful capture! Thanks for the reminder to register my Tamron lens before the trip! My Nikon 70-300 stopped autofocusing, which is the reason I got the Tamron zoom, and now the Nikon 70-200. Apparently, Tamron has one of the best warranty periods as Nikon wanted good money to fix mine! Hope they can repair yours!
