Back to Butlers Orchard I go for some more fall shots. Thanks goodness it's so close to the house and I don't have to visit on weekends. So many choices but the corn maze was on the top of my list so here it is. I crossed my fingers I'd make it out and as you can see I did. A-mazing
Facts about Butlers that I gathered on my visit today
1. The Orchard opened in 1950 when George and Shirley Butler purchased 37 acres
2. It is still family owned now run by the 3rd generation of Butler 3.They grow strawberries, tart cherries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, apples, straw, and Christmas Trees.... oh and wildflowers including sunflowers.
my shooting friend wants to go to a maze...I didn't think there would be much to shoot once inside...NOW I SEE! It will be fun! Thanks for posting this!
whenever i see shots of cornfields like this, i always wait for some apparition of long ago dead baseball players to appear. blame that movie...if you build it they would come. very nice perspective. i like it!
