Well, left the house this morning with a girlfriend and my brother at 5 a.m. to hop on the metro and try to make sunrise in D.C. We made it and four and a half hours / 7.8 miles of walking and snapping hundreds of pictures later this is one of my favorite captures. A group of probably 50 young guys and gals doing predawn boot camp at the Lincoln Memorial . Up and Down the stairs what seemed like hundreds of times plus all kinds of calisthenics at the bottom each time. It was exhausting and I was just watching.
What a wonderful and unusual shot! The scenery, sky and sunrise are gorgeous... and then there are the people and the wonderful shadows! A lot to see! fav
