Sometimes you just got to pop a balloon ... again and again and again
Saw a water balloon shot here a couple months ago. Went back in my favs so I could credit the idea to @888rachel. Goggled photographing water ballon bursts and found lots of different ideas. Went to buy balloons and I'm not sure why Walmart and Target were almost sold out ? I hung one of MANY balloons from the rail of my deck stair top landing. Set the camera on a tripod with my wired remote. Put my speedlight on a chair at a 45 degree angle from balloon. Went to find our darts which turned into a 30 minute not here not here not here . We haven't used them in centuries, well a long long time. Finally ready the mess began. Two hours later I said enough and had 4 okay shots. This was the last and right before it I went and grabbed some colored chalk I had recently bought and wrote a couple words on the wall of the house under the stairs.....
