Helped a fellow photographer with an engagement shoot this afternoon at the park. I held the speedlight softbox or reflector and helped try to make them feel a little more relaxed in front of the camera. The gentleman wasn't a smiler and they were both pretty cold. We did manage some shots that I think they will like. I like the no stress feel of being the helper . Baby steps.
Thought I'd share one of the last plays of the game last night. They sure are a powerhouse this year with an undefeated season. Good luck guys at the State Finals on Thursday.
Wow what fabulous detail and lighting - amazing for a night shot under highschool lights. Can't imagine how you got this so clear at that high ISO - very impressive!
This is a great shot, Leslie. What amazing detail you captured. Wow, 8000 ISO. Guess you were using a tripod. I can only go to 3200 ISO but it sure makes a difference in photos. I am not using anything on my photos. I wish I knew how to get rid of things that I do not want in my photos though. You have an awesome camera and you are a fabulous photographer too. FAV
shutter speed was 250 second so no tripod ( didn't bring one ) . I use lightroom to process my photos. You can play with the shadows, light, dark well just about everything . It wasn't the easiest thing to learn but once you do it's amazing. One day I'll tackle photo shop but for now I'm happy with lightroom...
