@amandal yes this is where they were before they started running to the left. It fell Monday night in the storm , I think we got +2 inches during the day and the rain water drains down this corner. I was at the beach so missed the excitement ... thankfully after looking through 4 different camera bags ( you can never have too many lol) I found my little clicker and didn't have to use the timer on the camera. Wouldn't have been the safest place to run to beat the timer and I know I would have.
@amandal No not really . Used my wide angle lens so it really just looks far away. I did keep clicking as I walked away from the camera because you're right I didn't want to get all the way on that tree and it not work.
A picture says a thousand words! Is this something that insurance will cover? It's a tremendous tree and a beautiful, green setting. Your title is funny too!
@cejaanderson thankfully it really didn't harm anything but the fence. I don't think insurance will cover it . It's at the bottom of our lot down a hill which is starting to woods. Not sure what Bobs plans are yet.
Great lead ins to the girl on the tree trunk. Hope you had at great time at the photo club. We have now packed up for the summer, but off on the club outing to Amsterdam and Antwerp tomorrow.
