My girlfriend and I headed to the Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens in D.C. this morning. We arrived at 6:45 and joined all the other happy photographers. They have ponds and ponds with a few different varieties of Lotus. It's amazing to see thousands of these flowers in all stages of bloom.
