I went by the Japanese Street Festival in Washington D.C. on Saturday after the parade . Lots of entertainment, hands on crafts, booths selling all kind of stuff plus lots of food and drink. Plenty of the people that attended dressed up in costumes. That's one big backpack.
That must have been wonderful. After living in Tokyo for ten years, I know how they can dress up and party. They do like extremes, e.e. backpack! A lovely shot.
