Cullen Skink by lifeat60degrees

Cullen Skink

Nothing better on a cold day especially with added Smoked Haddock and potatoes. A meal in itself.
I never heard of this until this morning when the presenter was making a version on Saturday Kitchen, though he did admit that his was not quite the genuine article!

A lot like our haddock chowder but the haddock isn't smoked.

@777margo Cullen is a village in the North-East of Scotland where the soup originates. Skink was an original ingredient for providing the stock of a soup mainly a bone.
