Given the forecast I decided it had to be a 6am walk today. It was very mild with no wind first thing but as the day went on the wind picked up and it rained very heavily.
My route took me past the Sandwick Junior High School where our three children spent the first 11 years of their school life. The youngest even went to nursery when it opened at the school. Their mother also attended the Sandwick Junior High but it was the old school which was next door to the new building.
