It gets muddy very quickly around the feeding station for this hardy flock. Plenty grass just up the hill though and they will soon head that way once their allocation provided by the crofter is consumed.
Wonderful capture! Some of them are looking at you most inquisitively. I love the wooliness of these sheep... what is that orange colouring on them? Is that part of their normal genetics or is it a crofter’s marking? They have the most delightful path to wind their way up the hill.
