Is this the famous rock face that fell 10 years ago? I want to go see that. We've got a trip planned up that way in May -- hoping spring arrives by then! LOL!
No, Lisa, this is off Route 3 (Exit 33 off 93 towards the Flume). The "Old Man" did fall down just a bit more than 10 years ago - remember that day like it was yesterday....all clouded in the morning, drove by without notice - said my typical "Hi, Old Man" - found out later that he had fallen - SHOCKER!! Saw the empty space on my way back up that evening. Those rocks can be seen just up a bit further on Route 93
