I love the light in our kitchen. I wish my mom was still around to see how great the house is starting to look, she had so been looking forward to us decorating it together.
I miss her so much, I wonder if it'll ever get any easier.

Laerke! I'm pretty sure you are the same girl I use to follow the first time I did this project in 2012. You lived in Bangkok then and I loved your project so much. I just came across one of your comments on someone else's project that I also follow and I'm so glad to see you are still here after all these years. It's so nice to see some familiar faces...I'm looking forward to catching up on your photos. Beautiful, minimalist kitchen and as for your mom I'm sure she can see all your accomplishments and is happy for you...
@jessikapanteleios - yes, I did live in Bangkok. So I think I'm that same girl :D I've just returned to 365 after a couple of years away. It is great to see familiar faces around! And thank you for your kind words about my mother.
