Ring In Spring

It wouldn't be the beginning of spring without my Mom's pineapple rings...she has been serving this at Easter for decades, as did my grandmother...for the final day of the ons challenge.

Great color on this. My mother-in-law makes this but uses cottage cheese instead of cheddar. Nice last photo for ONS7
