Good Old Rusty

Standing 29 feet tall at the entrance to the Franklin Factory, Rusty is made of salvaged stove parts from the factory's manufacturing days. When I looked him up online tonight, I found an image with his head facing left and another facing right...I'm a little freaked out right now!
neat sculpture

I've never seen Rusty before this, but I love him! Thank you for taking his portrait.

Great subject. He seems to combine the reality of age and the idea of a technological future.

When I googled it to see if I could see that as well guess what showed up on my feed? "Say hello to Rusty" by LIn on 365. I'm terribly impressed that you and your work are on The World Wide Web. Apparently I wasn't following you then so I am really glad to see this now.

Maybe Rusty is related to the "puppets" of http://www.royal-de-luxe.com/en/ ? :)
