I don’t post a lot of selfies but I did a Park Run this morning (my first!) for a cause I feel strongly about, Free Lindsay & Craig. Lindsay is a fellow Master’s graduate from UEL and she and her husband have been unfairly imprisoned in Iran for almost a year now. Lindsay’s son is working so hard to raise awareness of their situation and try to enlist the government’s support. I wanted to do my small part to help so I participated in the current Strava campaign to mark Lindsay’s birthday.
