Loius, so sorry to hear that. I hope you feel better real soon. Now is not a good time to get sick with a respiratory illness. This time of the year always seems to be worse than other times, at least for me.
As soon as your photo popped up, my thought was, oh dear...that doesn't look good! You're to be congratulated for evoking an emotional response to what you pictured today...and I'm hoping you're feeling better soon!
