The Fort Worth Water Gardens in “tilt shift” for OWO

Since we don’t plan to get out in the cold today I looked at my photos for one taken from above. I used the Fotor app’s focus option and made the scene tilt shift-to the best of my abilities. Lol.
Great tilt shift ! It looks really neat.

@ludwigsdiana The tilt shift site I found on Google said you need to be looking down and if there are people in the scene make sure they are in focus. Thankfully when I went to the App Store and searched tilt shift this Fotor app was available. It kind of made the photo look like a lensbaby shot!
