The neighbor’s palm tree has new green fronds!

The week of 14 degrees Fahrenheit did not kill it! I was quite amazed because he did not have any freeze protection on it. It’s very hard to prune so it’s not really as straight looking as it could be. But I do like this tree and enjoy photographing it from time to time.
