This landscape light enthralled Kaden at our son’s new home. I guess because it was just his size and down on ground level. I told my daughter in law to keep a screwdriver handy because I’m sure Kaden will take that light apart. He always has to see how things work!
What a little sweetheart! Only now that I'm a grandmother of boys do I realize how different their interests are from those of girls! It's wonderful to see a child blessed with an inquisitive mind, and it should be encouraged and nurtured...like keeping a screwdriver handy!
As an aside, you may like this... Ashley came down with the boys yesterday, and they were all excited to tell me that the science teacher invited them into the room while the students were dissecting sharks!!! (another aside...I asked Ashley where they would get sharks to dissect... She shot back, "Amazon, probably!") Anyway, the boys were totally drawn into it, and Ashton was so excited that only this past week, his first grade class was studying sharks, so he had ready answers for the h.s. teacher who asked, "did you know...?" Lucky boys to live on that campus where faculty members all live and can introduce the children to such wonders!
