The Valentine’s Day roses are fading

They’ve grown old very gracefully, they are still pretty even as the petals start to turn and they lay their heads down.
They are still beautiful though. I like their texture and colour.

They still look pretty good. If you took one out and took off a couple of petals and laid it down, for a black and white, you couldn't tell they were old.

NIce shot. We have similar flowers around here. That is, if Mrs. Brutus didn't throw them away while I was out today. Haven't gotten around to photographing them yet.
