“I won’t eat much”

This fellow flew up on the patio table and decided he wanted to sample my Purple Buddy (Gomphrena). After I took this photo I convinced him he really didn’t want to be there. 😊

If he had stayed to dine on my Purple Buddy he would have grown at least another inch I’m sure.

@joansmor well he or his brothers and sisters and cousins might try. I did dust the plant with some insect repellent powder just to try to keep them away.
