Purple berries revisited by loweygrace

Purple berries revisited

A little less wind today so attempted to take a shot in focus of the purple berries from yesterday...
They're called "Beauty Berry".
Beautiful, colorful berries and a great shot. I see the greens ones that have not changed to purple yet in the background making nice dof.

Wow! Such brilliant color. I immediately went off in search of info on this plant in the hopes it would be something that I could plant and enjoy in my yard but it looks like my winters would be too severe for it to survive. Thanks for sharing this picture here. (I bet it'd make a good one for that "twisting" edit. :)

@lyndemc Love your twisted photo! Lightroom doesn't have a twist edit. What do you use? Too bad your climate is too harsh for the Beautyberry bush... we're in Zone 6a and have had pretty harsh winters the last 2 years!
