I used to work for an airline and still love airports, planes and flying! I’ve felt many bumpy flights but nothing compared to taking off on our delayed flight! As we were taking off the plane violently jerked from side to side and at one point DROPPED. I was braced with my head on my knees in terror listening to the screams around us when a 9 yr old boy started laughing! It became contagious and we all laughed with him! The rest of the flight was smooth...what a relief!
This is a great shot! But a horrifying story! Yikes! Glad it had a good outcome. Children can sometimes be the greatest with how they see things through their eyes.
