We’ve been walking every afternoon since the workout club closed last year. We started at 30 minutes (because that’s the time we’d spend on the elliptical machine) and have slowly added on. This last week we’ve been doing 5 miles in 1 1/2 hrs. Ok, it’s not record speed but we’ll keep working on it!
We found that spending that 1 1/2 hr together talking has been the best part of this crazy Covid year! It’s been so much fun we’ve decided not to join the workout club when it re- opens!
What terrific focus - they really stand out. And congratulations to you on hitting the 5 mile mark - we do 4 each day - and I know it's the main thing that's kept me sane through all this!
