Coral Aloe by loweygrace

Coral Aloe

We’ve been impressed by several neighbors who’ve replaced their green grass lawns with succulents.
A gorgeous specimen ! but I do not think I would like to replace my lawn with succulents ! ( but then we are in a different climate !!)

@jacqbb Jacqueline, don't these blooms look similar to those in Diana's @ludwigsdiana photo? I wonder if the plants are "relatives". https://365project.org/ludwigsdiana/fun-shots/2021-02-24

@monikozi These do look like the agapanthus in Diana's beautiful sunbird photo! I don't think they're related because the coral aloe is a succulent and is in full bloom in this photo. Here's a link to agapanthus flowers when they're open:

Oh, i see. Thank you for clarifying. To me those flowers, as captured, they looked similar and i was surprised.

@monikozi @loweygrace That was great thinking Moni and Lois is right about the succulent -)

@monikozi Lois is quite right, these plants are not related!
