Spring Break

I suppose smart people go someplace warm over spring break. If so, we’re not exactly smart.

Driving across Indiana, snow, ice, wind and general ickyness. This was taken out the car window while at a stop, several cars in the ditch ahead of us. It got real nasty right as we crossed into Indiana, and stayed nasty until almost Ohio. But we made it safely, and I do like this photo...

In England, the whole place would come to a standstill in these conditions - we don't normally get enough to worry us, but this year it has happened several times. Very beautiful, but hard to deal with!!

Southern Indiana got rain and lots of it. The snow band went right across the middle of the state, where you were.

Oh, my! Looks very cold. We always took the I-70 route home to WV when bad weather was expected. In good weather, we took I-64, more interesting drive.
