Hummingbird

I have 2 bird identification phone aps. One says this is a Ruby Throated Hummingbird. The other says Black Chinned Hummingbird. Anybody know for sure?

@thewatersphotos Thanks Gary! yes, I beleive she (?) was looking at me! the feeder is about 3 feet (1 meter) from the window, I was maybe 3 feet inside the window... Pretty much the minimum focus distance on my zoom lens.
