A long treck to coastal NSW for a 365 meet up at Coalcliffe rewarded me with some great scenery. It was quite relaxing spending a few hours ankle deep in the warm ocean!
This 3 second exposure was taken with a neutral density filter.
The contrasting textures are nicer when enlarged if you have time. :)
@trixiehiscock thanks Trixie - I have thought about that for this shot because there are so many different parts to look at. :) @mikegifford thanks! - I am happy with this one - I don't think I would have been able to take a shot like this even 6 months ago...there is something new I learn every day of my 365 journey... :)
@redpants@aurorajane@peterdegraaff It was terrific meeting you guys, you were great lunch companions, and it was a such luxury to be absorbed in photography for a few hours like that! ....... without worrying that family & friends were 'totally bored' and then they want to drive on ... after ONE photo is taken!!
That is fantastic, thank you for the link. Now I have some more locals to follow :) Maybe you should suggest a meet in Canberra...so much to see there!
@ltodd@kazlamont I would love to go out to Brindabellas, Wee Jasper and back of the Budawangs. I always fantasise about hiking into the Castle and Green Room.
Lyn I enjoyed meeting you last Saturday .... this is wonderful, +favl! I've been looking back through your project .... you include so much information, it's wonderful. Hope fully I can absorb lots from you. Thanks again!
