this Spotted Eagle Owl hides behind the branches on very hot and sunny days.
As my daughter arrives from London today, I will not have as much time to spend on 365. I will do my normal uploads and commenting between 6-8am. So please excuse me if I do not find the time for further comments. I will try my best :-)
Oh how I wish I had the opportunity to take a photo like this!!! In my lifetime, I've seen two baby owlets on a branch at one time, but never again! ... And Diana, I'm simply delighted for you that katja arrives home to visit and I know what a joy it is to share mother-daughter time with our girls! After an aquarium day, we girls got pedicures together...special times! And the same to you!

@Weezilou thanks Louise, it is going to be more than wonderful this time. Next week my eldest daughter, husband and our two granddaughters arrive. they have never all been here together. Happy days ahead :-)

This is beautiful. We have owls around, but when I go out, usually my dogs come with and scare them away before I can capture them. Enjoy your family time!
