Dikkop Dad protecting the chicks

We have quite a few cats here and whenever one goes into the Olive grove, this is how they are greeted. He dashes at them with flapping spread out wings and makes horrific noises to scare them off. It works :-)

@momamo They are actually very wide for such a small bird Monique, it does look and sound scary. They also have rather dangerous large toes and nails. I would run too ;-)
