Much to our dismay,

this was the sight from our balcony in Plettenberg Bay. Wild fires have been ravaging a neighbour town for a week, and it hit Plett yesterday. As you can see, the area is very mountanous. It mostly forests of yellow wood trees. We will be here for a week to play golf and hope that it will be possible.
