Ominious

What a show yesterday's storm clouds put on! Pictures hardly capture the inspired amazement, the humbling feeling of standing beneath such awesome power. I only wish rain had fallen on my yard from these — the storm moved past and blessed someone else's place with much needed moisture.
Oh man, you got that title right!!!

You have captured the mood of the storm clouds so well. We have had a tiny bit of rain but nothing that is going to help my garden prepare for Spring

so dramatic. do you have to worry about lightening starting fires when things are so dry. this quite often happens here in the summer

Those storm clouds look amazing and I really like how you composed the windmil in front!

@cruiser Yes, lightening has been known to start fires here, but that's more of a concern in the fall when acres of corn are dry and ready for harvest.

@vignouse The picture taking ending only because of the threat of lightening.
