It's amazing how close nature will allow you to get sometimes.
I saw this little guy from quite a distance back and knew I'd never get very close for a picture, but something kept him mesmerized, perhaps frozen in place with fear, or maybe curiosity, long enough for me to get within just a few feet of him.
I so appreciate the creativity that 365 inspires, demands, requires. (The description changes depending on the day...!)
2014 was my first year on 365...
Sometimes you get lucky and they freeze - more often they bolt on me (I'll be quite some distance away and they'll fly off like they've been shot from a cannon!) He even gave you a nice setting for this shot. Love how you caught his little cottontail - can't always get that.
