Twirl With Me

For the 30 Days Wild theme...

Mother Nature does a wonderful job of filling her flower beds with a variety of colors and shapes. Taking the time to meet her outdoors offers the chance to enjoy the beauty that grows there for free.

This pic's finished look is a combo of a Lensbaby 50mm, humidity on the glass and a double-exposure edit in the Nik Collection's Analog department. Love that program!
that lensbaby looks like fun once you get it down!

Lovely focus on this pretty flower. I love the strong pink toward the center and how is slow fades out. FAV

Love the focus and shapes in this Denise

The combination of the limited DoF and the softness from using the 50mm wide-open has produced a wonderfully dreamy effect here - I like this a lot Denise.

@jackies365 Somedays I think I'll never get the Lensbaby down pat. How anyone captures moving people in just the right spot of focus is beyond me. I have enough of a challenge shooting things that are still. Definitely need more practice.

@colorfade I became familiar with Lensbaby lens through images shared here on 365. Check them out on their website at lensbaby.com! There are so many creative options, each one with their own unique challenges but also a whole new avenue of photographic possibilities! Thanks for your comment.
