The Macy's store in Chicago covers one entire block and multiple stories. This is the side that faces N. State street, which is the most decorated of all the sides. I have to say I was a little disappointed with the Christmas window displays....I was expecting much more "Christmas". But the store is AMAZING!!!
Decades ago when I first moved to Chicago, the windows were amazing, and definitely a holiday destination each year. But that was when it was Marshall Field's, a Chicago store. Did you look up to see theTiffany ceiling? Did you eat in the Walnut Room?
