I tried using a cheap bubble blowing gun to make some frozen bubbles. The bubbles came out clumped together on top of each other and were quite messy and drippy, but the mess made patterns on the bubble when it froze. I wasn't going to post this but changed my mind. Might as well record my trials and errors! I bought some liquid glycerine yesterday and will try the bubble recipe using glycerine instead of corn syrup or sugar next and see what happens!
Congratulations to all of you who have beautiful big bubbles here on 365!
@deborah63 I would rather be living someplace warmer where I couldn't make frozen bubbles! It's 3 degrees below zero now with terrible winds. Schools are being delayed 2 hours in the morning because of the dangerous temperatures and wind chill factor (-30 degrees F). I would be moving south if I could get my husband to go! So I'm envious of you living where it's too warm to make frozen bubbles!!
I love the detail created by the bubbles clumping together. I'd love to try this, but the closest I'd get would be to blow bubbles into my freezer and I don't think it would be cold enough, fav :)
