We are at the opening to a selective few guests (300) of a new "Little India" restaurant in Invercargill at the bottom of New Zealand. The wine was flowing and chefs were preparing these Indian finger foods. This was a cone shaped mixture of spice and sweet potato coated with a thin crispy pastry. The top was dipped into the accompanying cucumber, mint yoghurt and gave the impression of an ice-cream! Utterly delicious!
