Sea Water Cheese Process by maggiemae

Sea Water Cheese Process

First you get a good looking, long - legged grandson, send him into the waves to collect the sea water! He will get wet pants, no two ways about that!
Then you make your cheese and it only takes a short time till it is ready. I added herbs to give it zest!

This is my Christmas Day photo and I wish all my lovely friends here on 365 a very happy Christmas and a relaxing New Year!
Interesting mixture. Is it a sharp cheese?
