Listen, here, Chief...(smirking)

The lovely Clydsdale horses here have captured my photographic challenge for some time! The one on the right is the Big Boy! The two on the left are youngies, obviously who kept their heads down when investigating us! I knew they were beside the main road from Christchurch back home and got the "Driver" to stop. The dear man did and even came over to encourage the horses to participate in this photo! They all came forward when John stepped on the scene! I say stepped, because John actually put his foot into a hidden grassy hole and fell over backwards! Not hurt but I can see the message passed to the Chief here.

Three good things:
1. I really loved the comments on my "Artist" photo!
2. Back home and heating up the house.
3. Picked up the cat and now she has hidden somewhere - no doubt worried about going back to 'boarding school"!

My driver never stops when I ask him too:( perhaps I am asking in the wrong way. Great shot, glad John wasn't hurt falling into a hole.

@joluise I normally have the same problem! However I made sure I had his attention and then asked if he could remember where these horses were? He was then roped into the photo! ( which he likes)

Looks like the horse version of Chinese Whispers - wonder what the message was by the time it got to the Chief? Glad to hear your 'roadie' wasn't hurt.
Fun capture.

Wonderful shot...Clydes are so lovely...mine will stop, on occasion, but not usually in time...sort of goes like this "ooooh...that's lovely (or look at that bird" him "you want me to stop" "yes, I want you to stop" him "where?" "here...nevermind, we're past it now (or the bird is gone)"

I like your way of ''handling'' your menfolk!! He probably ended up thinking it was his idea to stop in the first place!!! poor John & the horses just had to come & have a look at this poor guy in the ditch!!! They fall at your feet!!
