Manchester cafe by maggiemae

Manchester cafe

Struggled a bit with photos today after a long ride to the Dublin airport with traffic jams, being a flying sardine, then catching up with stepdaughter's family etc. We went out to lunch in this cafe - a popular spot with a varied menu including scotch eggs (that they had run out of)

Three good things;
1. Finally in the UK and an upcoming visit to @happypat on the cards!
2. Went to a school play and after two wines, it got better.
3. Interaction with a 15 year old boy - but I'm not one of these dear old grandmother types!
Fantastic image...fav

I love everything about it; the processing, and detail in the subject matter, all complementing each other. It could be a painting for a children s book.
Actually the only think I don't like is the price of the ice-creams!!
