The Flight of the Bumble Bee

Literally! They have been buzzing the nasturtiums I have in a hanging basket just outside the window where I sit facing my computer.

Three Good Things:
1. More rain today but a good forecast for when we travel south.
2. Bought some double cotton sheets for the caravan bed - not easily sourced nowadays - its all queen or king!
3. Exercising regularly whether in the lounge or the kitchen makes me feel I’m in control!
