To the North, the lake of Tekapo was only about 40 minutes away. Buffeted by the winds our van handled very well to this tourists mecca. The little Church features mostly on photos but not here. Because we belong to a NZ motor caravan Club, we have use of a number of their camping sites. This one was on the side of the lake and I took this shot looking west across the lake. Befunky helped with the processing.
Three good things:
1 With the help of “Messenger’ on FB we tied up with the son-in-law and family of one of our daughters who were heading here in a rental RV.
2. So many good photo opportunities including a black rabbit that came out and grazed not far from our door!
3. Some nice pieces of fresh sole for our dinner…. how does a market in the middle of the South Island get fresh fish!
I llike how you have proceesed this with the intense colors. It is a wonderful composition and glad you are having so many good photo ops. Can't help you with the fish question! ;~}
