Making the conscious decision to take the East Pass back to the East Coast, we are now on the way home after 12 weeks!
Stopped at Lake Brunner for lunch, threw out some mouldy bread and headed for the hills!
Three good things;
1. Another very good Park with views of the mountains all around and down to the valley.
2. Caught a shot of the Alpine Express train coming over the bridge below on its way back to Christchurch.
3. Hot water - not for getting into... but for cleaning!
what a lovely luscious scene with beautiful light. Enjoy the last leg of your journey - I can hardly believe that twelve weeks have passed by since you set out!
@grammyn We feel so lucky to be able to see scenes like this everywhere we go, Katy - unless its raining which it has for the past 3 days. But this was taken between showers.
